Title - (Remote)Sr. Recruiting Manager Pay Rate: $72-76/hr Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a globally distributed recruitment team supporting technical, product, business, sales, and regional hiring needs Manage three direct reports and provide operational oversight for approximately 10 recruiters Prioritize requisitions, balance recruiter capacity, and align resources with the most urgent business needs Establishand monitor recruiting KPIs, service standards, quality measures, and team performance Ensure recruiters and hiring managers follow standardized recruiting processes and timelines Serve as an escalation point when hiring manager responsiveness or other roadblocks impact hiring progress Analyze recruiting data,identifyoperational bottlenecks, and provide leadership with clear progress reporting Improve recruiting workflows, governance, quality assurance, and overall service delivery Support the adoption and optimization of Workday, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, automation, and other recruiting technologies Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and senior business leaders across regions Provide occasional support for executive searches and executive recruiting agency partnerships Qualifications 8 to 12 or more years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership within a complex global organization Proven experience leading and coaching recruiters in a high volume environment Strong background recruiting for Technology and Product organizations, ideally including familiarity with Bay Area talent markets Experience managing recruiting operations, recruiter capacity, requisition prioritization, KPIs, and process compliance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable recommendations Ability to influence senior leaders and hold recruiters and hiring managers accountable to established processes Experience working across multiple regions and time zones Advanced knowledge of Workday Recruiting and familiarity with platforms such as Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter Experience supporting executive or senior leadership searches Preferred Experience recruiting technical and product talent within a Silicon Valley style organization Knowledge of AI talent markets or experience using AI and automation within recruiting Experience leading global recruiting transformation or continuous improvement initiatives The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
