Insero Talent Solutions is thrilled to partner with a national law firm in their search for a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to join their growing Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources professional looking to build their career within a sophisticated, fast-paced professional services environment.

The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator will initially focus primarily on new hire onboarding and recruiting coordination, helping to create a seamless experience for candidates and new employees joining the firm. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, this individual will coordinate onboarding activities, support recruiting processes, and serve as an important point of contact throughout the candidate and new hire experience.

As the individual develops within the role, there will be an opportunity to gain additional exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through start date, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for incoming employees.
  • Manage onboarding documentation, pre-employment requirements, internal communications, and new hire logistics.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers, and other internal teams to ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates and new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting coordination activities.
  • Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, resume review, and candidate pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and new hire information within recruiting and HR systems.
  • Support recruiting-related reporting, projects, and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining consistent and efficient recruiting and onboarding processes across the firm.
  • As experience develops, support candidate sourcing, screening, and recruiting for designated positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, onboarding, or a related area preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, personable, and comfortable communicating with candidates and employees at varying levels of an organization.
  • Strong follow-through and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), HRIS, or recruiting technology is helpful but not required.
