We manage and staff healthcare facilities on a national basis, on either a temporary (locum tenens) or permanent status.
Our physician Group is in search of a motivated individual with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and several years of high-level recruitment experience.
Position overview:
  • Acquire new locum & perm physicians/providers, APP's & CRNA's
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients and physicians/providers leading to a long-term working relationship
  • Utilize a sense of urgency, with persistence and professionalism to achieve placement for your physicians/providers
  • Capable of utilizing all recruiting channels, including Internet sources, Bullhorn ATS, and social media/networking to their fullest capacities
  • Responsible for placement of locum & perm providers into client's medical facilities and clinics by matching physician skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations applicable per state and federal regulations
  • Arrange interviews for physicians/clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and physicians and extend offers
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with candidates in a professional manner
  • Strong organization and time management skills
