【Position Focus】Capital Markets

As the company's global talent acquisition lead, you will drive the global recruitment strategy and execution for capital markets talent, with a primary focus on European, U.S., and Chinese markets, while enabling offshore team building and cross-border talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute global recruitment strategies, focusing on critical and executive-level roles in capital markets

2.Build and optimize domestic and international recruitment channels, including job platforms and management of executive search firms, to improve talent sourcing efficiency and quality

3.Lead offshore team building and rapid delivery for core local roles

4.Participate in designing executive equity incentive plans and collaborate with the compensation team on implementation

5.Establish a global recruitment data system and lead global ATS deployment to enable cross-regional resume sharing and interview coordination

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time study), preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

2.5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in multinational or cross-regional recruitment management

3.Background in capital markets, investment banking, finance, or related industries

4.Hands-on experience in cross-border team building or international talent acquisition
