Job description

Large, top-tier law firm seeks Recruiting Manager to coordinate the Orange County office’s legal recruitment efforts. The focus of this position will be student recruiting at law schools, the Summer Program, judicial clerk, and lateral attorney recruiting. Recruiting Manager will be overseeing and driving summer program planning (including budget, calendar of events) and collaborating with summer coordinators and hiring partner on execution of and attending events. A four-year college degree is required. A minimum of four years of attorney recruiting experience, ideally at a large law firm, as well as event planning experience, is needed. Candidate should also have experience with applicant tracking systems and human resources software and should have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Salary is $140-165k depending on qualifications, experience and skills. Note that this is a hybrid role depending on the needs of the office.
