SUMMARY:
The Physician Recruiter is a collaborative team player who works closely with the hiring managers, TA Leaders, Compensation, HRBPs and other partners to identify the best candidates for open positions. The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, candidate recommendations and salary negotiations, using various sources and recruiting tools and is involved in key recruiting initiatives which contribute to the continued growth of the organization. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a brand ambassador to both candidates and FCS associates.
PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Recruits for the following roles: Physician, APRN, PA, Information Technology or other hard-to-fill positions as required.
  • Effectively open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards.
  • Provides sourcing and networking strategies to all hiring managers.
  • Receive and prescreens resumes and sends qualified candidates to appropriate hiring manager.
  • Schedule candidate interviews with internal team.
  • Work with hiring Manager and compensation to present an equitable offer to candidates.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with candidates internally and externally.
  • Deliver consistent results of TA processes, policy and procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a company ambassador and advocate, with potential candidates and associates.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Promote FCS as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the company culture, benefits, and opportunity.
  • Attend career fairs or other venues as required to fill open positions.
  • Assist department in carrying out various recruitment programs and procedures for all employees.
  • Act as a resource for employees and for management regarding recruiting process and procedures.
  • Comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to patient care, patients' rights, safety, billing, and collections.

  • Adhere to all Company and departmental policies and procedures, including IT policies and procedures and Disaster Recovery Plan.
  • Always maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all patient and employee information.
  • Assist in training new employees to related job duties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience - required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Remote position-Florida residents
  • Some travel may be required

EXPERIENCE:
  • 5 (Five) years' experience with recruitment functions/duties- interviewing, hiring, sourcing, etc. required.
  • 7 (Seven) years' experiences in a human resources department or recruiting environment - preferred.
  • HR or recruiting certifications preferred.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment including offers, and compensation, and benefits experience preferred
  • Physician Recruitment private practice 3 years preferred not required
  • Prior ATS experience.
  • Word and Excel experience required.
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, be flexible, creative, innovative, and be able to promote the Company to potential candidates.
  • Must have ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, potential candidates, and internal customers.
  • Position requires continually demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
