Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients HR team in Boca Raton. It is a full time contract position - must be able to start right away. We need someone who is unemployed.


Key Duties

  • Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for positions.
  • Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
  • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience with various recruitment tools and software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
