Manage searches from intake through placement including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
Candidate Market Development
Build relationships with highly qualified passive and active talent across designated industry sectors and leadership functions.
Search Strategy Execution
Partner internally with senior leadership and search teams to execute retained, engaged, and contingent recruiting mandates with speed and precision.
Client Partnership Support
Participate in client intake discussions, candidate calibration, market intelligence reporting, and hiring strategy conversations.
Talent Intelligence & Research
Leverage sourcing technologies, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI workflows, and modern recruiting tools to identify and engage top-tier talent.
