Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our client in the manufacturing area. Above all you will be expected to carry out all your activities with reliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner. Your Responsibilities Support the administration of recruitment pre-employment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.

Coordinate external candidate drug screens, background checks, physicals and travel/expenses as it relates to the recruiting efforts. Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time. Manage offer letter process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information.

Assist with Campus Recruiting. Serve as back-up support for Workday HRIS. Coordinate candidates travel and manage expenses.

Support recruiting efforts with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role.

Basic knowledge of labor legislation as it pertains to background checks and drug testing. Strong customer service and communication skills. Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience is essential.

Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Good To Have More than 3 years of recruiting or HR experience. Ardent Mills is headquartered in Roswell, GA.
