Relive Health is a medical wellness and aesthetics practice with two locations in Florham Park and Warren, NJ. We offer a comprehensive range of services including IV Therapy, HRT, GLP-1 Medical Weight Loss, Hydrafacials, EZGel, Tox, NAD, Ozone Therapy, and more. We're a fast-growing team passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, and we're looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our brand and community presence.
The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own our marketing efforts across both locations. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role you'll be creating content, building community relationships, running events, and managing our affiliate program. If you're creative, organized, highly motivated, and passionate about wellness, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Write and send marketing emails weekly
  • Manage Instagram 35 Reels per week, daily Stories, static promo posts, and community engagement
  • Build and maintain local business partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities
  • Plan and execute tabling events at gyms, fairs, and community spaces
  • Coordinate educational events with our clinical team and manage RSVPs and follow-up
  • Recruit, monitor, and manage our affiliate and ambassador program
  • Manage Google Business Profiles, paid Meta ads, and landing page updates
  • Maintain a shared monthly marketing calendar across both locations
What We're Looking For
  • 13 years of experience in marketing or social media
  • Strong content creation skills comfortable on camera and behind the lens
  • Proficiency in Canva; Meta Business Suite and email marketing experience a plus
  • Highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics is a strong plus
