HR Administrative Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX 77060 (Greenspoint Area)
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (anticipated conversion in approximately 4 months)
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Greenspoint area to hire an HR Administrative Coordinator. This role is ideal for an HR professional with prior Human Resources experience who enjoys supporting employee records, onboarding processes, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Training Period
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: In Office
  • Monday, Friday: Remote
After Training
  • Approximately 2 days in office

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records within HR systems
  • Scan, upload, and organize personnel files and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes
  • Ensure compliance with document retention and confidentiality requirements
  • Verify the accuracy of employee data and support HR audits
  • Assist with employment verification requests and personnel file management
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
  • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required
  • Experience supporting employee records, onboarding, personnel files, or other HR administrative functions
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Prior experience supporting HR compliance, onboarding, or personnel records management
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
