Job Description

Summary:

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, mail distribution, and requisition of supplies, as well as additional clerical duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Greets customers
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person and transfers to voice mails as necessary
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
  • Organizes and maintains file systems of branch clerical records
  • Opens orders as necessary
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mails services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Branch banking
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists in clerical support to the branch, as assigned
