A leading high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to support their front office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly.

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees while providing administrative support to multiple departments.

Receptionist Job Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with conference room coordination.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience) 

Receptionist Requirements:
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or front desk experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to answer phones and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
