Job description

Office Receptionist

Our Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors, creating a professional and welcoming office environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls and correspondence, supporting escrow and title processes, and assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.

This is a fully in-person position located at our Albuquerque, NM office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phones, transfer calls, and greet customers and visitors professionally (by name when possible).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and conference rooms.
  • Take, deliver, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Distribute incoming mail and deliveries throughout the day and process outgoing mail.
  • Prepare overnight and courier packages (e.g., Federal Express and local couriers).
  • Receipt escrow funds and distribute receipt copies to appropriate parties.
  • Open new escrows and title orders.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training within required timelines.
  • Maintain dependable, reliable, and punctual attendance, including availability for after-hours company events when required.
  • Work scheduled office hours Monday through Friday, with the ability to work overtime as requested by management.
  • Collaborate effectively and professionally with management, employees, and customers via phone, email, video conference, and in person.
  • Accept supervision and constructive feedback while demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
