Base Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 annually (DOE)

Experience: 2-3 years in lead generation or sales

Growth Path: Lead Generation Rep ? Account Executive ? Sales Manager


About the Role

UnityBPO is growing and we're looking for a driven sales professional to build our top-of-funnel pipeline. You'll work directly with leadership to identify, engage, and qualify new prospects - then hand them off to our Account Executives to close. This is a high-visibility role with a direct path to AE and Sales Manager positions.


What You'll Do

Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and engage prospects through social selling and marketing follow-ups.

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects - from cold contact through to a booked introductory meeting.

Own your KPIs and pipeline metrics - we want someone who thrives on hitting targets and holds themselves accountable.

Qualify leads and seamlessly hand off booked meetings to Account Executives for closing.

Work directly with leadership to develop and refine outbound strategies.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.

Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware, or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication - equally effective with a receptionist or a C-suite executive.

Self-directed and organized - you operate with minimal oversight and leave no task unfinished.

A positive, hunter mindset with strong networking skills.

Bonus: Prior experience in lead generation for professional services, IT managed services, or healthcare technology.
