Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Receptionist/Coordinator in our BMW and Porsche service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-line interactions, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients visiting our service department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
  1. Phone Management: Answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about services offered.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and availability.
  3. Client Assistance: Assisting clients with service-related questions, providing updates on their vehicles, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
