Description
Inteva Products is looking for a Reception Associate on-site at their Troy, Michigan Headquarters. This exciting role will be the welcoming face of the Inteva Headquarters and manage a number of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador for the company and assist the communications team in various activities. This role will work 100% onsite at the Troy office, Monday - Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for receiving Inteva guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responsible for registering guests, producing badges as needed and/or working with employees to help them preregister their guests and follow appropriate security and safety protocols.
  • Responsible for keeping reception area clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Manage office supply order and distribution process.
  • Assist the Global Director of Communications with day-to-day corporate communications activities and projects.
  • Support on-site event implementation and planning, including employee recognition events and family events.
  • Support community engagement and volunteer programs.

Position Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Troy office, Monday - Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Familiarity with Adobe Suite products a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and an ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to work on a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.
