Job Description

This Administrative Assistant / Receptionist role provides front desk and general office support by managing incoming calls and emails, organizing documents, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The position ensures smooth office operations by maintaining accurate records, supporting the team with data entry and basic reporting, and delivering professional customer service to internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
  • Organize, scan, and file documents both electronically and physically to maintain an orderly filing system.
  • Maintain accurate records and update files regularly to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and other office tasks as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks to support business operations.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, tidy, and efficient to support daily activities.

Pay and Benefits
