Responsibilities

- Ensure the office environment remains organized, tidy, and efficient to support daily activities.
Essential Skills- 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
- Ability to manage and maintain filing systems and organize documents effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience providing administrative support in an office or reception setting.

Work EnvironmentThis is an on-site position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is based in a traditional office environment where you will work at a front desk or reception area, using computers and standard office equipment throughout the day. You will regularly use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word, as well as electronic filing systems. The setting is organized and professional, with a focus on maintaining an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere for visitors and team members.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
