Job description

Under general supervision, the Guest Reception Representative is responsible for greeting guests, checking in and qualifying scheduled tours, answering and directing incoming calls, analyzing reports for discrepancies, and supporting our Sales department. The Guest Reception Representative will always represent the company professionally, in both appearance and communication with guests and fellow associates.

Qualifications - Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of general office experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Must be willing to work weekends and travel between nearby sites

  • Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Understand and follow all processes as outlined in your Guest Reception Representative training
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing, and Admin departments
  • Check in and qualify guests for sales presentation, assisting with any guest questions/concerns
  • Enter guest and tour data into computer system in a timely and proficient manner
  • Prepare tour gifting and complete numerous inventory checks throughout the day
  • Accurately assign guests to a Sales Representative in the order they arrive
  • Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor as needed
  • Analyze End of Day reports for discrepancies and make necessary corrections
  •  Additional duties as assigned
