Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? Gillies Team Real Estate (GTRE) is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.


Newly licensed agents that join GTRE are consistently closing real estate transactions with the leads we provide. GTRE is partnered with the largest real estate lead vendors in the world. We receive hundreds of new leads monthly. GTRE agents have access to more client opportunities than any team in the area.


We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and put them under contract. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing deals within 90 days time. GTRE offers continuing education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.


2026 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to outsell the rest of the market. On average GTRE agents sell more than the top 10% of agents in the country.
