Candidate must be a "people person", detail oriented, able to muiti-task in a fast paced, high stress work environment and possess strong communication skills, while displaying a positive and professional attitude. Experience prefrerred but no required.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist REALTOR(s), lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues.
  • Ability to read and understand a title insurance commitment
  • Prepare closing documents to complete the real estate transaction.
  • Work with Lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.
  • Facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company.
  • Disburse settlement packages through completion.
