Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing property management team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
- Welcome and assist office visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service to owners, tenants, vendors, and Realtors
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office projects
- Maintain accurate records and data entry within company software systems
Leasing & Property Management Support
- Coordinate and schedule property showings through ShowMojo
- Follow up with prospective tenants and lead inquiries
- Assist Realtors with scheduling appointments and property access
- Schedule routine property inspections
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, key management, and collection of required funds
- Communicate with tenants, owners, vendors, and team members through email, chat platforms, and property management software
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist with social media management and content posting on:
- Utilize scheduling platforms such as Loomly to manage content calendars
- Assist with rental marketing efforts and listing updates
- Support MLS-related tasks, including Stellar MLS updates and listing coordination
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Experience with AppFolio and ShowMojo is a plus
- Experience with MLS listings or rental marketing preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
Schedule & Benefits
- MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Two paid 10-minute breaks (morning and afternoon)
- 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) available after one year of employment
- Training provided on company systems and procedures
