Join Metroplex Mortgage Services, Inc. as a Mortgage Loan Partner and be part of a team that helps make the home-buying process easier for clients. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, communicates well, and stays on top of follow-up with clients and realtors. We provide training and opportunities to grow within the company. This is a full-time, in-office position at our 8622 N Himes Ave. Tampa location. Health benefits and a 401(k) are provided. Responsibilities: • Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close • Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial • Work with the borrower to gather financial information such as credit reports, verify the accuracy to determine creditworthiness, and complete the mortgage loan application Assist loan officers by preparing and reviewing loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate proactively with clients and realtors to provide updates and gather necessary documentation. Coordinate with underwriters and processors to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing. Qualifications: Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the loan process. Strong skills in gathering and verifying financial information Proficiency in preparing and reviewing loan applications for accuracy and completeness. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, realtors, and team members. Ability to coordinate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely loan processing. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly at plan compensation
