Entry-level Realtors help customers buy, sell, or rent commercial or residential land and property. When entering this field, some may choose to work independently, but some companies have you work alongside a more experienced Realtor until you are more familiar with the industry. In this role, you may research current real estate trends, fill out paperwork, provide advice to clients, coordinate meetings, create marketing materials for properties, and travel throughout a set area to show properties to clients. The word Realtor officially refers to members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), but many employers use it as an alternative for any real estate agent, so you may not need to be a registered Realtor when applying for this job.
