Job description

Edina Realty Title is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to work in our Edina and St. Louis Park, MN closing centers over the summer months. Work as part of the closing team and become an integral part of our buyers’ and sellers’ big day. This is a full-time temporary position. Hours are for the summer months, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (start and end times have flexibility). This is an in-office position, working between the two office locations.

This temporary role provides support for our closing staff. This includes many of the processor functions along with assisting with closing coordination, cutting checks, and assisting other members of the title team. This position will also help answer phones, prepare closing documents, monitor office email, order supplies, maintain office equipment, and respond to requests. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business helpful.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette, customer service and listening skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute between the two office locations.
