What You'll Do
  • Format, prepare, and track leases, amendments, and other lease-related documents.
  • Assist with tracking certificates of insurance (COIs) and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain legal agreements, including hold harmless agreements, service agreements, right-of-entry agreements, property management agreements, and fiber lease agreements.
  • Prepare and record corporate documents such as operating agreements, deeds, trademark registrations, and name changes.
  • Support brokerage-related documentation, including commission agreements, listing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Assist in-house counsel with a variety of legal matters, including financing transactions, due diligence, tenant communications, partnership agreements, purchase agreements, regulatory filings, and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain lease information and incident reports within company databases.
  • Provide administrative support to in-house counsel.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience with legal documentation, contracts, or commercial real estate transactions is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
