We're building a team of top-performing sales professionals in Iowa Colony, Texas who have a strong work ethic, great attitude, and a desire to learn. If you're driven to become one of the best, you'll have the opportunity to build a six-figure career with one of America's leading homebuilders.
What You'll Do
• Work onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.
• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.

What We're Looking For
• Active Texas Real Estate License
