Job description

Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements for marketing and customer data use cases
  • Translate business needs into clear technical stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and implementation artifacts
  • Partner with marketing teams to support user journeys, channel activation campaigns, and personalization use cases
  • Support requirements related to Adobe RTCDP and AEP, including: Audience definition and activation, Data ingestion and enrichment, Profile and identity considerations
  • Facilitate discussions between business, marketing, engineering, and platform teams to ensure shared understanding
  • Maintain highโ€‘quality documentation, including: Business requirements documents (BRDs), Functional specifications, User stories and process flows
  • Assist with validation of delivered solutions against documented requirements
  • Use spreadsheets and other analytical tools to support requirement analysis, data validation, and impact assessment
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Technical Systems or Functional Analyst, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Adobe RTCDP and/or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts, including: Customer/user journeys, Campaign orchestration, Channel activation (email, SMS, digital channels)
  • Strong technical aptitude, including comfort working with: Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), Structured documentation and dataโ€‘oriented thinking
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and actionable requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively with crossโ€‘functional teams
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Analytics) (preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with customer data concepts such as profiles, identities, and segmentation (preferred)
