Job Description
Voit Real Estate Services is currently seeking to add a talented professional associate
to our Tenant Representation team. This entry level position is an excellent stepping stone into a lucrative commercial real estate brokerage career.
As an associate team member you will be assisting a Sr. Vice President, Partner
in our Tenant Representation division. The primary function will be to assist
in business development and transactional work which includes the maintenance
and enhancement of a proprietary tenant database of contact decision-makers
with various corporations.
The position involves use of a computer and extensive lead generation and
excellent phone skills. The right candidate will be dealing with corporate executives
on a daily basis and must have excellent communication skills, the ability to
think on their feet and be detailed-oriented. This is a full-time position with
a competitive base salary plus additional compensation/bonus which are
merit-based and vary according to performance. This entry level position is
a stepping stone to a lucrative commercial real estate brokerage career with a
typical timeline in this role of 2 to 3 years and advancement assessed on an
on-going basis.
