Job description

If luxury real estate is your calling — and you’re the rare person who can make a listing sing AND keep a 20-point checklist humming — this is your launch pad.

We’re hiring a Marketing & Operations Manager to be the creative and operational engine behind our brand and our transactions. You’ll own our marketing across social, email, and print; keep our listings and transactions running on rails; and bring an enterprising, systems-first mindset to everything we do. This is a career-track role for someone who wants to grow with a high-performing team — not just fill a seat.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

  • $55,000–$110,000 per year (base + bonus), with earnings that grow as the team grows.

  • Performance incentives tied to team production and the closed transactions you help drive.

  • Real upward mobility on a proven, high-producing team — your growth and earnings scale with ours.

  • The opportunity to build something and become a significant collaborator in our future.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & Brand — Produce scroll-stopping social content, listing marketing, email campaigns, and luxury listing presentations that elevate the Teicheira brand.

  • Operations & Transactions — Coordinate listings from pre-listing through close — vendors, timelines, MLS, and milestones — so nothing slips.

  • Systems & AI — Build and refine the checklists, workflows, and AI-powered tools that make the whole team more efficient.

  • Client Experience — Help deliver a five-star experience at every touchpoint, from open houses to closing gifts.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in marketing, design and social media

  • 2+ years in real estate coordination or a related role (luxury or real estate experience is a strong plus).

  • Strong design and copywriting skills, with fluency in tools like Canva, social platforms, email marketing, and CRMs.

  • Comfort with AI tools and a genuine eagerness to learn new technology.

  • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and written communication.

  • A valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle (driving is about 20% of the role).

  • Willingness to obtain a California real estate license — not required at the time of hire, but required once you’re on board.

About Company

The Teicheira Team is a top-producing luxury real estate team at Harcourts Place, specializing in selling Coastal Orange County’s finest homes for top dollar. Founder Drew Teicheira has closed more than $600M in career volume and is known as a Newport Beach market and community authority — the agent high-end sellers trust to price sharply, market beautifully, and negotiate hard. He’s also deeply rooted in the area, from market and neighborhood insight to his involvement with the Newport Beach Foundation.

This is a team on a serious growth trajectory. Over the past two years, Drew has generated $1.5M in gross commission income, and we’re building the brand, systems, and team to grow well beyond that. When you join us, your work directly fuels that growth — with real room to grow your role, responsibility, and earnings alongside it.
