They are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist/Office Admin to join them in their Capitola office!
Office Location: Midtown Capitola
Position details:
  • Target start date: 8/3/2026
  • Anticipated end date: 10/5/2026
  • Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9:00am - 5pm
  • Pay range: $20.00 - $21.50 / hour
About the role:
As the Receptionist/Office Admin, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of our offices. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our office standards are being maintained.
In your role:
  • Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests & providing front desk coverage
  • Answering phones & transferring calls
  • Assist with printer support, booking conference rooms
  • Restocking supplies & pantry
Qualifications
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Previous experience in real estate a plus
  • Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer's pain points
  • Be technologically savvy!
  • Experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
