Essential Job Duties:
- Courier/Guide greets patients, visitors and guests as they enter the facility.
- Courier/Guide accompanies guests to their destinations giving wheelchair assistance, if required
- Courier/Guide delivers patient related items to patient care departments including twice daily utilizing cart on specified route.
- Courier/Guide anticipates needs of patients, visitors and guests and has wheelchair readily available.
- Courier/Guide goes to patient care departments to help in transportation of patients needing assistance.
- Courier/Guide protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Courier/Guide maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting any needed changes.
- Courier/Guide contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned:
- Assists Receptionist as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
