We are a busy Trusts and Estates law firm seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression. This role involves engaging with potential new clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported, and guiding them through the first steps of addressing important legal matters.
You will be welcoming potential new clients who are seeking help with estate planning or probate matters and providing excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building trust quickly, and helping them take action.
Legal experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from financial services, real estate, insurance, healthcare, or client advisory roles often excel in this position.
Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors into the office while providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiently handle large call volumes
• Listen to client concerns, clearly explain how the firm can help, and provide a supportive first point of contact
• Guide prospective clients toward scheduling consultations with attorneys
• Address common questions or concerns about the process
• Track inquiries and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain organized records in the firm's client management system
Qualifications
• 3+ years of receptionist or relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to multitask are required
• Confidence guiding conversations and helping people make decisions
