Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Friendly, and highly organized receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for shareholders, vendors, and guests, creating a Welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries accordingly.
  • Provide general information and support to tenants and guests.
  • Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing, and distribution of correspondence.
  • Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner.
  • Create and schedule work orders.
  • Perform other administrative and concierge duties as assigned.
  • Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly and logical property files.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
