As the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and team members, the Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain a neat and tidy reception area, including waiting rooms and common areas.
