At HomeSmart Realty West, we are blasting through long-held assumptions about what is and isn’t possible in the world of real estate in San Diego County in order to offer exceptional value to clients, agents, and all of our employees.


About this position:

HomeSmart Realty West is looking for a self-motivated, service-oriented, quick learner who is adept at managing a high volume of email, resolving issues with real estate files, and creating solutions for agents, with a positive attitude, to join our expanding team as a Transaction Administrator. 

Compensation:

$24 per hour


Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of email correspondence
  • Resolve issues with real estate files-creating solutions for Agents
  • Organize and run monthly reports and statistics
  • Follow up with Agents in keeping the files DRE compliant
  • Customer service for real estate Agents via email, telephone, or in person
  • Release/process commission for Agents
  • Precise data input for Agent commission/distribution
  • Update and maintain current downloads in the Broker portal
  • Back up for receptionist/Agent Services and Transaction Coordinator
  • Assist in Real Estate classes as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Real Estate License preferred but not required
  • Able to handle high-volume workload with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Organized and highly detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and impression
  • Excellent problem solver, time management skills, and takes initiative 
  • High degree of confidentiality, exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and setting priorities 
  • Able to interact well in a corporate office setting with staff and Agents
  • RPA-contract knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Able to succeed under stressful timelines and/or demanding situations
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities
