RCA - Resident Care Assistant

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to join our team.

What You Will Do

  • Non-clinical resident assistance including but not limited to:

    • Passing ice and water

    • Passing out food trays

    • Handling laundry

    • Answering call lights

    • Taking residents to dialysis treatments and other activities within the building

    • Any other non-clinical duties deemed necessary

What You Must Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Preferred experience in long-term care and home & community care settings

  • Preferred experience in personal care home practices and caregiving techniques

  • Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and memory care
