Heritage Assisted Living in Yorktown, IN, is seeking a licensed Resident Care Administrator to oversee all operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who fosters a positive work environment for staff and ensures a happy, engaged community for residents. As the Executive Director, you will provide direction to department managers, implement budget guidelines, oversee that state regulatory guidelines are met, and lead the team toward the mission's success. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a holistic management approach are essential. 


RCA or HFA licensure in the state of Indiana is required for this position. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure residents receive high-quality care in line with local/state regulations and service plans
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote the organization's mission and core values
  • Lead subordinate managers to build a strong, effective leadership team
  • Ensure daily operations and long-term plans align with policies and legal requirements
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with staff, residents, families, partners, and the community
  • Oversee the community's budget and ensure financial targets are met
  • Support occupancy growth and collaborate with the Sales team to promote the community and enhance its reputation.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience as a Residential Care Administrator or HFA
  • Experience strategic design/planning
  • Understanding of budgeting/forecasting/budget implementation/KPI's
  • In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
  • Proven organization and leadership skillset
  • Communication Skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • RCA or HFA License in the state of IN is required
