Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure across engineering, manufacturing, and business operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable systems in Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise storage systems.
  • Support hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and infrastructure performance monitoring.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Implement security best practices, patching, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.
  • Support integration of enterprise applications including MES, ERP, and PLM systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
  • Strong Linux and Windows Server administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and enterprise storage technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
