Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. OT Network Engineer with 10+ years of integrated OT/IT network engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manufacturing environments, supporting plant operations, and delivering secure, resilient network solutions. This role involves design, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of OT networks across multiple industrial locations, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary engineer for OT networking initiatives.
  • Design and implement secure, resilient OT/IT network architectures.
  • Lead deployment and implementation of LAN/WAN, DMZ, VLAN, routing, switching, redundancy.
  • Provide engineering support for network monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Support OT network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.
  • Mentor and train IT/plant staff on OT network fundamentals.
  • Contribute to project planning, cutovers, outages, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate production requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document network processes, standards, and architecture.
