Job description

EPS Corporation is Looking for a Senior Network Engineer to assist the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, operation, and support of our cyber range and computer test bed environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in network design, configuration, and management, with a focus on both wired and wireless technologies. They will ensure our network infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.

This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed ContractConfigure and operate cyber range and computer test bed environments. Design and configure computer networks, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs using bare metal and virtualized systems. Provide enterprise network engineering and support for a campus area network type facility, including the creation and planning of policies and procedures.

Support and manage wireless infrastructure, including 802.11x, 4G, and 3G wireless technologies, specifically for the MUTC Wireless Network. Configure and manage Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) nodes. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize network efficiency and security. Collaborate with other IT and engineering teams to integrate network solutions with overall IT infrastructure. Ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements. Minimum 10 years of experience in the configuration and operation of cyber range or computer test bed environments

Expert knowledge in designing and configuring computer networks, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs. Demonstrated experience providing enterprise network engineering and support for a campus area network type facility, including creating and planning policies and procedures. Demonstrated experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 4G, and 3G wireless technologies

Experience configuring and managing Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) nodes. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Configure and operate cyber range and computer test bed environments
