Job Summary:
Global InfoTek, Inc. is an established company specializing in advanced technology solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Network Engineer III to lead technical efforts in network planning, development, and administration. The role involves serving as the primary technical expert for MACC-TTE networks, defining future roadmaps, and making strategic recommendations based on analyses.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all technical efforts concerning planning, development, implementation, problem resolution, and administration of MACC-TTE networks.
• Serve as the primary technical expert regarding network system policy and short/long-range planning, defining future roadmaps, and making strategic recommendations based on alternative analyses.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the configuration and operation of cyber range or computer testbed environments.
• Expertise in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs utilizing bare-metal and virtualized systems.
• Proven experience providing enterprise network engineering and support for a distributed test range facility, including creating and planning policies/procedures.
• Direct experience configuring and managing specialized Department of Defense nodes, such as the Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) node among others.
• Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline; Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
• TS/SCI Clearance Level.
• US Citizenship Required.
Preferred:
• Experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless technologies to support range wireless networks.
• Strong ability to execute complex assignments pertaining to strategic goals, infrastructure roadmaps, and policy requirements for the program.
