Your role

We are seeking an experienced RCA Functional Lead to drive business process design and functional delivery for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) transformation. The Functional Lead will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the project delivery team, leading requirements, solution design, and Quote-to-Cash process transformation.

Your skills & experience

Lead functional workstreams for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementation.
Facilitate discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, and business process workshops.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
Design and optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including:
Product Catalog Management
Pricing & Discounting
Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
Contract Management
Subscription Management
Renewals & Amendments
Billing & Invoicing
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, UAT, training, and change management activities.
Drive adoption of Salesforce and Revenue Cloud best practices.
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience.
3+ years of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash transformation experience.
Strong understanding of subscription-based and recurring revenue business models.
Proven experience leading requirements gathering and business process design workshops.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced experience.
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
Agile or SAFe certification.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 - $174,000.
