We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Resident Care Assistants.
Job Description:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and respect. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. We are currently looking for a full-time RCA to work in our traditional assisted living community 6:30 am- 1 pm.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents while maintaining their dignity and independence.
  • Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
  • Follow all community policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred.
  • Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
