Resident Care Aide (RCA or CNA) - Senior Living Community
Per Diem hours available

We are currently seeking Resident Care Aides to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Responsibilities can include:

  • Maintaining each resident’s personal safety, independence, and dignity
  • Displaying kindness and hospitality to residents, families, and guests
  • Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting
  • Regularly checking resident’s safety and wellbeing, reporting changes in condition to nurse
  • Escorting residents to meals and activities
  • Assisting with activities as required
  • Responding to resident’s LifeLine or utilizing back-up system
  • Light housekeeping such as bed-making or assistance with resident’s personal laundry
