Silvercrest of Urbana Assisted Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team! If you have a passion for helping seniors live with dignity, independence, and purpose, we'd love to meet you.

As a Resident Care Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while providing personalized care and support to our residents.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Help residents safely transfer and ambulate.

  • Support residents during mealtimes and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.

  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
