Executive Assistant Wanted – Join Our Family Business!

Location: Downtown St. Petersburg
Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays always off)
Starting Pay: $20-25/hour depending on experience
Note: possibility of becoming full-time
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and an interest in developing your professional skills? We’re a family-owned business located in downtown St. Petersburg, looking for a personable and well-spoken Office Assistant to join our team.
Requirements

  • Required Experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, purchases online
  • We need someone for a stable and long-term job of at least 3 years, not short-term
  • Person needs to Live close by our area
  • At least 5 years’ Experience in accounting, office assistant, manager assistant or similar.
  • Work from office, not from home
