Description for Temporary Office Assistant:
- Answer incoming phone calls, route messages, and assist homeowners professionally.
- Perform basic QuickBooks data entry and routine clerical tracking tasks.
- Take detailed operational notes and provide general office administrative support.
- Maintain a highly organized front desk, handling filing, data logs, and mail.
Details for Temporary Office Assistant:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Project Dates: June 15th through June 26th (2-week assignment).
- Location: Olympia, WA.
Requirements for Temporary Office Assistant:
- Prior baseline experience utilizing QuickBooks is required.
- Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professional communication habits.
- Previous office administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
