Duties/Responsibilities: VEW's Office Position Person will be in charge of accounts payables, accounts receivables, answering phones, faxing documents, and filing. He/she will also focus on maintaining appropriate accountability on A/R and A/P.
Job Duties: (include but not limited to)
- Reconciling Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivables
- Answering phone calls, taking messages
- Faxing documents, receiving and/ or reviewing documents
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- QuickBooks data entry
Core Competencies:
Must have Accounts Receivables/Payables experience.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be a self starter, quick learner and motivated to learn
Microsoft Office and Quickbooks experience is a MUST
