The Quality Manager will lead supplier audits and collaborate with suppliers to enhance their quality processes, ultimately reducing scrap and improving overall product quality. By utilizing statistical process control and value stream mapping, the Quality Manager will identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance operational performance. The end result of this role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager).
