We are looking for interns with enthusiasm and skill to help provide even better experiences and higher-quality projects. What Will You Be Doing?
  • Assist the Superintendent with the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction
    • Learn and understand the home building process and the schedule.
    • Shadow pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, orientation walks and closing walks.
    • Shadow weekly phone calls with buyers who are under construction to enhance their experience and drive customer satisfaction.
    • Learn how to create a good open working relationship with the sales team at your job site - communicate with them weekly on any customer issues for a unified Arbor front.
  • Maintain constant job site readiness daily for the contractor base such as keeping houses, garages, lots, and common areas clean.
  • Help ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Opportunity to learn more about the general operations of the division both within and outside of the assigned department that will be supplemental to the learning experience.
